Additive manufacturing
While preserving the exceptional properties of high-performance materials, additive manufacturing of engineering polymers transforms industrial processes by offering unrivalled design agility. At DEMGY Normandie, our 3D additive manufacturing workshop offers tailor-made solutions for the most demanding markets.
Technology for performance
Using MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) and SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) processes, we 3D print parts in PEKK, PPS and PA11. These materials offer excellent thermal, chemical and mechanical resistance, even in extreme environments.
Benefits of additive manufacturing at DEMGY
Design freedom
Printing of parts with complex geometries (internal channels, lattice structures), impossible to obtain by conventional machining or molding.
Reduced production time
Rapid prototyping or small-to-medium production runs without tooling, ideal for functional validation, thermal testing or test assembly.
Weight reduction
Topological optimization for lighter structures, without compromising technical performance.
Compatibility with demanding materials
Our machinery can print advanced polymers: PEKK, PPS, PA11.

A 3D workshop at the heart of the DEMGY Normandie plant
As part of a global industrial approach, our additive manufacturing unit is integrated into our Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon (Normandy) site, which is ISO 9001, EN 9100 and ISO14001 certified, a guarantee of quality for the most demanding markets.
Our teams support you in optimized design (DfAM) to exploit the full potential of 3D technologies.
Post-treatment operations (annealing, sandblasting, dyeing, chemical polishing) and/or functionalization (machining, metallization, painting, inserting) enable us to produce complex parts with very high added value, meeting the most critical requirements.
