TORLON® 4203
TORLON® 4203: the reference PAI for electrical insulation and precision
An unfilled PAI for demanding electrical applications
TORLON® 4203 is an unfilled polyamide‑imide grade designed to deliver excellent dielectric properties while maintaining the inherent strength and heat resistance of PAI materials. It is widely specified for applications combining electrical, thermal and mechanical constraints.
Dimensional stability and thermal performance
The material features a very low coefficient of thermal expansion, enabling tight tolerances and reliable performance from cryogenic temperatures up to approximately 275 °C.
Mechanical and chemical behavior
TORLON® 4203 provides high stiffness, good creep resistance and strong chemical stability, making it suitable for long‑term use in aggressive industrial environments.
