TORLON® 4630
Torlon® 4630 is a polyamide-imide (PAI) polymer reinforced with a proprietary combination of graphite and PTFE. This material offers exceptional wear resistance in high-pressure, high-speed applications, with the lowest wear rate at speeds over 100 feet per minute (FPM) and contact pressures over 150,000 psi-FPM. Ideal for high-pressure rings, thrust washers and piston rings.
