TORLON® 4275
TORLON® 4275: tribological PAI for high‑speed applications
A grade optimized for dynamic conditions
TORLON® 4275 is a polyamide‑imide grade engineered with a higher graphite content and PTFE to reduce wear under high‑velocity and high‑pressure conditions.
Wear and PV performance
The material exhibits lower wear rates than TORLON® 4301 at elevated speeds and offers improved performance in demanding PV regimes.
Thermal stability and durability
TORLON® 4275 retains its mechanical and tribological properties from cryogenic temperatures up to approximately 275 °C, ensuring long service life in dynamic systems.
